The Bigbreathe Double Action V-PEP/IMT is a breathing simulator that helps remove phlegm more easily and effectively expands lung capacity. It increases diaphragm thickness and lung capacity through inspiration. Then, when you exhale, the ball inserted into the device oscillates and thus agitates your lungs, helping you clear your throat and spit out phlegm well.

Adjustable resistance

There are 9 levels of resistance that have different air pressure values. You can choose the desired level just by turning the pressure control left/right. A higher number means a higher resistance. This way, you can gradually increase your lung capacity and strengthen your breathing muscles.

Vibrating balls are included in the package

This device comes with two balls, a larger and a smaller one. Thus, the device can be used by anyone regardless of age and physical strength. When you insert the ball into the device and exhale, it vibrates and causes vibrations inside the chest wall. It then easily removes mucus.

Easy to use & clean

To exercise, adjust the resistance level, cover the mouthpiece with your mouth and inhale and exhale for 3-5 seconds. Thirty minutes of exercise per day is recommended to achieve the effects.

To wash the device, separate the mouthpiece, pressure device, cap and vibrating ball from the body and clean them all with water. Then dry them completely so that the spring inside the pressure device does not rust. Watching the video on cleaning the product will help you to understand.
