GH Innotek - IMT respiratory muscle trainer

The Bigbreathe IMT is a breathing training device that improves your inspiratory muscles and expands your lung capacity by adding air resistance when you inhale.

There are three types of IMTs, which are IMT Low (Green), IMT Middle (Blue) and IMT High (Red). IMT Low (Green) provides the lowest resistance of all three types of IMTs. It is therefore suitable for beginners and people with weak lungs.

Easy to use
To perform breathing exercises, turn the body of the product to the left or right to select the desired level of resistance, then cover the mouthpiece with your mouth and breathe! Thirty minutes of exercise per day is recommended to achieve the effects.

Easy cleaning
To clean this product, remove the mouthpiece, mouthpiece joint and cap from the body (you can only separate the mouthpiece) and wash them all with water.
